Every year we see couples embracing the magic of snowy, white (and sometimes cold) winter weddings more and more. This year we had three New Year's Eve weddings and a hand full of January, February and November weddings in Calgary, Edmonton, Canmore and Emerald Lake Lodge. We even had a blizzard during one of our fall weddings in Canmore turning it into a very white and wintry wedding.
Here are the winter wedding bouquets from our 2019 wedding season plus a couple of winter bouquets designed for styled shoots in Calgary and the Canadian Rockies!
If you are looking for wedding flowers for your winter wedding in Calgary, Canmore, Banff or beyond please get in touch! We'd love to hear from you!
Kim and Mike were married this past New Year's Eve. Kim and her bridesmaids all held bouquets entirely designed with fresh foliage. The assortment of mixed greenery ranging from sage to deep green, along with the texture of each foliage variety created contrast and dimension to the bouquets. They also didn't have to worry about flowers wilting in freezing temperatures (although this past New Years Eve was very mild with temps above 0)! Photos by Rocky Mountain Photo Co.

We had three New Year's Eve weddings in 2019 and this was Emma's bridal bouquet. She loves toffee roses so we had to include a few of them which went beautifully with the white and gold themed wedding at the Fairmont MacDonald in Edmonton. (iphone10 photo)
Technically Ashley and Matt's wedding took place at the end of September which is still fall BUT our first snowfall and blizzard happened on their wedding day which created a winter wonderland for their wedding photos. Her bouquet was versatile and worked for a fall or winter wedding! Their wedding took place at the Malcolm Hotel in Canmore and was planned by Calgary wedding planner Moments by Madeleine.
