Fall might just be my favorite season; though extremely short here in Calgary, the colours of the changing leaves make it such a magical time of year! Besides the beauty of the trees, my favorite berries are in season- snowberries! Does anyone else adore these berries?
Fall has some very beautiful locally grown seasonal blooms too such as antique hydrangea, dahlias, zinnias, globe thistle, pieris, astilbe and astrantia plus many more! It's also the second busiest season for weddings so yay! It's definitely not too early to start thinking about your wedding flowers if you are planning a September or October wedding!
Below are some of the bridal bouquets our team designed for fall weddings in Calgary, Banff, Central Alberta and even Saskatoon in 2019!
These flowers travelled all the way to Saskatoon for the photographer's brother's wedding! A beautiful fall palette was incorporated for the florals which included flowering pieris and burgundy astilbe!
Blush, ivory with a pop of brighter pink was the colour palette for this fall wedding that took place at River Cafe in downtown Calgary. The cupcake cosmos and some of the ranunculus were grown locally in Calgary.
