The Nash Calgary Wedding

Mia and Michael first reached out to our floral studio in September 2019 to plan their July 2020 wedding at The Nash Calgary. Due to the Covid19 pandemic and Mia's sister not being able to travel from Australia due to travel restrictions, they had to postpone their wedding twice!

Finally on July 2, 2022 these two were finally able to have their dream wedding with all of their family and friends present! As much as we enjoyed planning and replanning their special day, along with a few colour palette changes, we are so glad they could finally get married and celebrate!

Florals were very important to Mia as she wanted them to be the main decor. We chose to highlight a few focal areas such as the ceremony, the mantel behind the sweet-heart table and the wedding party florals. Each table also had simple, minimal centerpieces that fit the aesthetic of the venue perfectly. Guests still had plenty of space to share a delicious family style meal.

The couple started off the day with a first look and then private vows to one another. Their fur baby Arnold also joined them in photos and wore the fresh floral collar we made for him. Their bridal party then joined in for photos before they headed to The Nash Calgary for their wedding ceremony and reception! It was a truly beautiful and happy day as reflected in the photos below by Mcurran Photo!
